Chandni is a renowned make-up artist in Delhi. She now wanted to expand her business and move from make up services and training programs into creating her own product line of make up brushes and lashes, under the name The Nari Sudio. She came to us for guidance on how to venture into this territory on her own, as she had suffered a bad partnership experience in the past.

We identified that the Indian beauty accessories market did not have a strong contender addressing Indian beauty issues. The right education in how to use products was a gap, especially from a celebrated artist who was knows for her technique and her training skills in the community. We identified that her years of experience in building out a community meant she already had a loyal user base who would be her first clients

We helped her gain full clarity on her brand vision to create Indian no1 brush and lash line. By identifying her ideal target audience of markup artists who were already in her community and looked up to her for guidance, she has organically grown her customer base without spending too much on customer acquisition.

Today The Nari Studio’s brushes and lashes are very popular in the make-up artists community. Known for its quality and functionality, Chandni and her husband Raman are building this vertical into a full fledged D2C brand.

Raksha is an IT professional with multiple hobbies. She wears many hats, of a corporate employee, a mom, a seasoned frisbee player, volunteers at a school and in addition is passionate about travel. She had run a travel company in the past with a partner, but that did not work out. She now wanted to start on her travel business journey once again, but doing it differently this time. 

Being a busy professional, wearing so many hats, Raksha needed help bringing structure into her world. to be given step by step guidance on how to take her hobby into a full fledged business, so that she would quit her other jobs and focus on this one full time.

We worked with Raksha to be able to prioritise her tasks, gain clarity on her business strategy, improve her brand messaging, create proper sales funnels to manage leads, create streamlined operations, better reporting and bring on teams to help her scale and grow.

Doing this alone would have been a herculean task for someone who already had so much on her plate. Working with us in our Cohort program, we helped her prioritise what was important, set achievable milestones and gave her tools to bring her vision to life at a pace that she was comfortable with.

Ankit an IIT Bombay alumnus was passionate about teaching physics to young kids. He had a vision of making India into a centre of science education, where children could learn science in a meaningful and experiential way, instead of just being buried in the textbooks. He wanted to create a global edu-tainement platform where kids could learn to love science

We identified that his earlier brand name- Vidya Yantra was not giving the customer an idea of what subjects were being taught. It also had a very Indian appeal, which did not allow the platform to penetrate into a global audience. We also realised that Ankit wanted science to be fun and the current brand identity was very serious and not relevant to his target audience of young kids.

We reworked the brand name, brand logo, built a new brand identity that was global in appeal and fun to resonate with youngsters. We helped develop his content strategy and his sales strategy so that he gained confidence in his own product.

Ankits’ Sci Labs today touches the lives of tens of 1000s of children across the globe through his instagram page and his sessions. He has tied up with leading schools and tutorials to impart his love for science. We helped him take his vision to create genuine impact in his field.
